Campers will be notified of their acceptance between April and June of 2025. Acceptance is generally based on a first-come, first-serve basis for those who submit their application along with payment. There is no hard deadline for applications, but there are limited spots available. Equipment and apparel is purchased in late June, therefore, applications submitted after June 1st cannot be guaranteed a spot. Please reach out to the camp director after June 1st, or check back at this website, to confirm a camp vacancy is available.

Campers must be 10, 11, or 12 years of age at the start of camp. No returning campers will be accepted. Upon completion of the application and acceptance onto the roster, applicants will receive 3 forms that will be required prior to the beginning of camp. Those forms will be: A Trinity Pines release of liability form (including requests for special dietary needs), a photo release to allow the use of photos taken at camp in some cases to be used in promoting future camps, and a form laying out behavioral expectations and items required for camp. These forms are necessary for participation and will be required prior to arrival at camp.

We receive many questions about the facilities and activities at camp. Much of the camp activities are intended to be a surprise to campers throughout the week, and we therefore do not make a schedule available. However, the beginning half of camp consists of hunter and archery education and the latter half of camp includes multiple activities including live firearm experiences at a range, low ropes courses, zip lining, a river float, fishing and more. All gear for these events are provided, and the only special equipment needed is a swimsuit, water shoes/sandals, and a towel for the river float (life jackets are provided and required to be worn during the float). Information about the facilities can be found on the Trinity Pines (Cascade, Idaho) website.

We are excited for another successful camp this year, and we thank you for your continued support and interest which continues to make this event possible! See you this summer!

Camp Director,

Dustin Masin
